Unlocking
Health Benefits
Sonexel’s advanced antimicrobial technology delivers a wide range of health benefits, enhancing fabric performance to combat harmful pathogens. From reducing hospital-acquired infections to offering sustainable and reusable solutions, our technology sets a new standard in safety and hygiene across industries.
Shield-heart
Reducing the spread of HAIs
Copper and zinc have a proven ability to kill harmful viruses and bacteria, including Acinetobacter baumannii, E. coli, S. aureus, ESBL K. pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and VRE Enterococcus faecalis. By embedding these elements into fabrics, SonoChem helps reduce hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
Environment
Environmentally safe solution
The nanoparticles used in the SonoChem process decompose naturally, dissolving harmlessly in water at the end of their lifecycle. This ensures a sustainable antimicrobial solution without harmful environmental impact.
Reusable
Washable and reusable
SonoChem’s antimicrobial textiles eliminate the need for millions of disposable hospital gowns and face masks. They can be washed in low-temperature warm water and reused indefinitely, reducing medical waste and operational costs.
Microscope
Precision nanoparticle control
Sonexel’s technology ensures nanoparticles are evenly distributed throughout the fabric. By adjusting treatment processes, the antimicrobial properties can be tailored for variable applications across industries.
Clock
Long-lasting protection
The advanced attachment method keeps nanoparticles securely embedded within the fabric, maintaining antimicrobial effectiveness over time—even after repeated washing and extended use.
Commercial Ready Solution
Facemasks
Low-cost antiviral
face masks
Sonexel’s technology enables the production of affordable, reusable face masks with embedded antimicrobial protection, reducing viral transmission in healthcare and public settings.
Healthcare Workers
Protective uniforms
for healthcare workers
Medical staff uniforms enhanced with Sonexel’s antimicrobial treatment provide continuous protection, helping to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses in hospitals and clinics.
Beddings and Furnishings
Antimicrobial bedding
and furnishings
Bed linens, curtains, pajamas, and pillows infused with nanoparticles create a safer environment by reducing microbial contamination in healthcare and home settings.
Athlete
Advanced antimicrobial sportswear
Sportswear treated with Sonexel technology offers long-lasting protection against bacteria and odors, making it ideal for athletes, gyms, and activewear brands.
